More trips, relief efforts planned

Two more Carolina Center for Public Service bus trips to eastern North Carolina are planned for the weekend of Oct. 30-31 to help with hurricane recovery.

Tentative sites are the Salvation Army in Greenville on Oct. 30 and the Interfaith Disaster Center in Windsor on Oct. 31.

Buses will depart daily around 6:30 a.m. and return by 9 p.m. Volunteers can reserve a seat on the bus by calling 2-5296/2-4261 or e-mailing cpstemp@bschool.unc.edu or windhamr@bschool.unc.edu
