The 1999 UMDP Update, sponsored by the University Managers Association, will be held March 12 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Friday Center.
The program, "Managing Up, Communicating Up," will feature two popular UMDP faculty members, Ben Rosen and Heidi Schultz from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. They will share their unique expertise, designed to enhance relations and communications between employees and their supervisors.
