The campus libraries' web site now offers Borrower Self Service, allowing users to find out what materials they have checked out, renew eligible items and view and cancel outstanding hold requests online.
The service is available through the library web site at http://www.lib.unc.edu under "Online Catalogs/UNC-CH Online Catalogs" and under "Services."
University personnel must enter their Person Identification Number (PID) and a PIN number, which is the last four digits of their PID. For help using this service, contact the appropriate library's circulation desk.
Borrowers can continue to renew materials using the telephone renewal service by dialing 2-5427 on a touch-tone phone.
