The Triangle Transit Authority is forming new vanpools for University
workers.
Those vanpools are for people working from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. needing to commute
from Raleigh, Cary, Butner and Pittsboro. Another vanpool will be for commuters
from Sanford working 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Vanpools already exist for people working
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and commuting to Pittsboro, Sanford, Graham, Burlington and
Mebane/Hillsborough. One other vanpool serves Siler City commuters who work
from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
