The Materials Support Department is holding a customer service meeting from 9-10:30 a.m. May 29 in the Wilson Library Assembly Room.
Representatives from each division--Electronic Office Service Center, Insurance and Risk Management, Materials Management and Distribution, Purchasing and Travel Management--will be on hand to discuss updated policies in their areas and answer questions. For instance, Purchasing employees will present a "frequently asked questions" session to address routine functions or requirements of the purchasing process.
The customer service meetings are held the last Wednesday of every other month and are open to all employees.
