HEELS for health has modified its aerobic/fitness classes for the summer and added some classes.
There will be no Wednesday evening Aerobic Circuit class and no Friday afternoon Stretch and Relax Class until fall semester.
Also, the Bowman Gray pool is closed for repairs, probably until August, so there will be no Water Aerobics classes. But swimmers may use the Koury Natatorium Monday-Friday from noon-2 p.m.
Yoga classes began this week. They are offered Monday and Wednesday 4:30-5:15 p.m. in the SRC through June 19.
In addition, several resistance training classes will be offered. Registration is requested a week in advance.
