PlayMakers Repertory Company's Center Stage Saturdays audience discussion series continues following the March 30 matinee performance of From the Mississippi Delta. The free, informal talk will begin about 4:30 p.m. in the Paul Green Theatre.
The play chronicles playwright Endesha Ida Mae Holland's life, from her birth into poverty to her involvement in the Civil Rights struggle and her success as a teacher and playwright. The audience discussion features remarks by D. Soyini Madison, associate professor of communication studies, and will be moderated by dramaturg Adam Versenyi.
