Information technology awards nominations due March 15

Has someone provided you excellent service in information technology--for instance, the person who installed your computer system or helped you find your way down the information highway?

Nominate him or her for the annual Information Technology Awards, established in 1992 to recognize those who work to support the University's information technology capabilities, by March 15.

To nominate someone, send the person's name, campus phone number and e-mail address, along with an explanation of why the person deserves to be recognized for the award (no more than one page) to Pam Roberts, CB# 7585; e-mail: itawards@library.hsl.unc.edu. Include your name, campus address, phone number and e-mail address, as well as whether you want the person to see the nomination.

Previous recipients are not eligible for nomination; for a list of previous winners, contact Roberts. The awards will be presented at an April 17 luncheon at the Hill Alumni Center.
