More than 1,300 University faculty, staff and students turned out for the March 28 health fair at the Student Recreation Center. Featuring a range of activities and demonstrations from massage to slide aerobics to activities generating a healthy chuckle, "Wellness Expo--Discover the Balance" offered something for everyone.
"Mother Nature wasn't as cooperative this year as she has been in past years," said Tammy Dorfman of HEELS for health, co-sponsor of the event. "So we're pleased to have had as many participants as we did." March 28 was a day of rain.
