Faculty and staff should receive a copy of the 1995 Campus Security Report by the first week in September. A federal regulation requires the report to be sent individually to all employees and students.
Besides 1994 crime statistics, the report contains information about the University's security and crime prevention policies and activities, and procedures for reporting and responding to reports of crime on campus. It also summarizes the University's drug and alcohol policies and its substance-abuse prevention and treatment programs.
The inside cover, which features personal safety information and emergency telephone numbers, is designed as a poster. It can be detached from the report and posted on a departmental or personal bulletin board.
Employees who don't receive a copy by Sept. 15 can request one by writing to CB# 9150.
