For six days beginning today, westbound traffic on Manning Drive will be reduced to one lane as it intersects with Columbia Street so crews can install an electric ductbank. From 6 a.m.-7:30 p.m., crews will close one of the two right-turn lanes but will open it again at other hours by covering the hole with metal plates.
