News Briefs Campus Y seeks donated computers Campus Y is requesting donated computers with Pentium processors to give to a group of disadvantaged middle school graduates who have completed a course in computer skills taught by Carolina undergraduates under the Campus Y committee, SET for the Future. Forum Community Meeting The Employee Forum Community Meeting is scheduled for June 27 from 10:30 a.m. to noon in 100 Hamilton Hall. to feature work More than 60 pieces will be featured in a free, public exhibition of area middle-school students' writings, drawings, paintings and sculpture May 12-Aug. 25 at the Ackland Art Museum.

In Our View: Middle-School Responses to the Ackland Collection, from
3 to 5 p.m. May 12, with many of the student artists present. On June
19, museum educator Beth Shaw McGuire will discuss the exhibition in
a free gallery talk at 12:15 p.m.
