Coloring book helps kids cope with aftermath of Sept. 11


Parents looking for ways to help their children deal with Sept. 11 and U.S. military action in Afghanistan have a new tool on the Internet.

The Department of Psychiatry has joined Dorothea Dix Hospital in Raleigh to develop Feelings About War: What is a War, Mommy?, a coloring book designed to help children, their parents and helpers deal with the effects of war on their lives.
