High school science teams to compete

Carolina, along with N.C. State University and UNC-Wilmington, will host the fifth annual North Carolina Ocean Sciences Bowl on Feb. 2 at the Friday Center. Beginning at 8:30 a.m., teams from 12 high schools will answer rapid-fire questions designed to test their knowledge of the ocean sciences.
