A Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina exhibit comes to Health Sciences Library April 30 through May 23. Featured among the exhibits is a "Button Chair" which was created in 1998 as a tribute to all the women who have battled breast cancer in the state. Viewers of the chair are encouraged to bring buttons of their own to honor themselves or someone in their lives who has been affected by breast cancer.
Displays addressing breast cancer risks and detection will also be part of the exhibit.
