Web-based service available for writing NIH grant proposals

Thanks to the School of Public Health, all grant writers at Carolina can take advantage of Quick Form, a web-based service of the Community of Science (COS).

Quick Form creates a completed PHS 398 Biographical Sketch. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) require this form in all proposal submissions.

The Center for Scientific Review at NIH has reviewed the COS Quick Form and, when used according to the center's guidelines, NIH will accept the output of COS Quick Form as a substitute for the printed PHS 398 Biosketch.
